LOCAL SHIPPING

We ship your order within 3 to 10 business days from the day you placed your order. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will normally be shipped the next business day.
Note: Due to an increased volume of orders during particular releases, sales or holidays, the handling of your order may take a few days extra. We are doing our best to get all orders out as soon as possible!

        Shipping Cut-Off Times

           Orders placed before 13:00 (1:00 PM) are usually shipped the same business day.
           Orders placed after 13:00 (1:00 PM) will be shipped on the following business day.
            Please note:
  • Orders placed on Fridays after 13:00 (1:00 PM) or during the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
  • During peak periods (such as sales or holidays), handling times may be slightly longer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping from Turkey. International orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days and shipped via our logistics partners (DHL Express, UPS, or equivalent international carriers).
Delivery Times
  • Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • North America (USA & Canada): 7–14 business days after dispatch
  • Middle East: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days, depending on location and customs clearance
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, local holidays, weather conditions, or customs inspections in the destination country.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
  • All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee paid at checkout.
  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Restrictions
Some products may be restricted from entering certain countries due to local regulations. In such cases, Salty People cannot be held responsible if an order is refused or returned by customs authorities.
Delays
International shipping may occasionally be delayed due to customs clearance procedures beyond our control.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Istanbul and are usually delivered within 3-10 working days.
There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time for international customers.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
All orders require a code on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

We work with Yurtiçi Kargo for internal and FEDEX and DHL for international orders.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Salty People does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Salty People, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
